Show Hall:  Opens At 7:30 am; Show will begin at 8:30 am

Entry Fee: $45.00

                Checks, M.O.s and Non-CC PayPal are all accepted; contact show hostess for

                 payment details. Canadian entrants – please send entry fee in the form of an

                  international money order or cashier’s check in US funds drawn on a US

                 bank. This is  very important, as my bank will charge me $7.50 to handle

                 funds not drawn on a US bank. 

Proxy Showing: is allowed. There is a $15.00 registration fee and $2.00 per horse fee up

                to 10 entries. After that, the $45.00 entry fee applies.

Early Bird Fee: If your fee is paid BEFORE June 1, 2006, it will be only $40.00.

Space: is limited to 27 entrants. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tables: Each entrant will receive at least ½ table depending on the number of entrants.

             Please bring your own tablecloth.

Donations: For door prizes or raffles are gratefully accepted.

Awards: New Flat ribbons for placings 1-6; new Custom rosettes for Champion and Reserve.

Judging:

Classes: Show Hostess may split classes that are very large, at her discretion.

Tags: Each shower is responsible for creating their own tags. Avery tags #11062 or

              equivalent (1 ¾” to 1 3/32” in size) white, and stringed should be used. These

              can be found at any office supply store. On the front of the tag should be:

                  Breed, Gender, and Horse’s ID Number

              On the back should be listed the horse’s name and your name (or the

              Owner’s in the event it is a proxied horse).

The ID number includes your 3-digit exhibitor number (000) and the three-digit

                 number you assign your horse (001). It will look like this: 000-001.

To get a shower number: you must contact the “Keeper of the Numbers,” Larry

               Nichols, at lnichol2@nycap.rr.com or 518-793-2729. In your email put your

               name and email address and request a Region X Exhibitor Number.

Please turn in: A list of horses entered either on or before show day. The list should

               include the following information for each model:

            Horse’s #  Horse’s Name  Breed  Gender Finish

PLEASE LIST HORSES IN NUMERICAL ORDER.                 

Please Remember:  any horse

              that places 1^st or 2^nd at this show is eligible to compete at Region X Regionals

              IV  this November in Schoharie, NY. Please visit www.region10regionals.com

             for more information.

Divisions: OF Performance and CM/AR Halter will be held in the morning and CM/AR

             Performance and OF Halter will be held after lunch.

PERFORMANCE CLASS GUIDELINES: Entrants may show up to two entries per

              class. For any set-up with more than one horse—tag only ONE horse. This

              horse will be listed in the results and will be the horse to win NAN qualification

             (if applicable). The remaining horses are considered props.

1.      ALL classes (except Pleasure classes) MUST have a card explaining what the horse is doing.  If there is no card with the entry it may not be judged.

2.      Riders/handlers are optional.

3.      Do not use any solid backgrounds. The horse must be visible from all sides.

4.      Calf/animal is required for any cattle work.

5.      Cart and driver are optional for Harness.

6.      State level and movement for Dressage.

7.      State type of outfit for Costume.

Artist Resins – are defined as any model, regardless of number in run, which has been home or professionally cast. Original Sculptures also qualify for the resin division. Resins that have been altered after casting still enter the resin classes.

Directions/Hotels: Take Rt. 90 to Rt. 290. Exit at Colvin Blvd. Turn Left.

              Follow Colvin Blvd. Until you see the Church of the Nativity on the

            Right-hand side.

            Please contact the Hostess for a list of hotels in the area if you need to

            Stay at one.
